The McFarlane's Innovative Education Company is located in Stone Mountain Georgia poised to implement the powerful two fold program "Purpose" and The "Positive Behavior" Concepts in elementary and middle schools throughout Georgia and the United States.



This program when implemented, will enhance teaching, learning, and positive behavior in the classrooms. This company has been carefully created, using the pure expertise of a diverse group of educators whose main goal is excellence. The students are at the core of this creation, since their lives and achievements are the main objectives.

The concept of purpose and positive behavior stand firm since they were studied, implemented, observed and evaluated, in a true classroom setting for five consecutive years.

The interviewing of students, coupled with the constant observing and evaluating of the program, made the outcome of the implementation, strong, solid and valid.
